Shipping policy

Order processing times

All stock orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with the exclusion of UK public bank holidays and shutdown periods over Easter and Christmas. Orders received after 4pm will be processed the next business day.

Items are sent by courier for both domestic (UK) and international orders. For domestic shipping, items should be delivered within 48 hours (Monday – Friday). International delivery times will vary by country.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your delivery location. For international shipments, any duties or taxes payable will be the responsibility of the customer.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, it will be put on back order and the remaining stock items on your order will be shipped to you. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. You will be informed about the availability and the length of time necessary in fulfil your order.

Potential service interruptions

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. You will be notified about any delays regarding the shipment of your order as soon as possible.
