Cell penetrating peptides

Cell-penetrating peptides (CPPs) are short peptides that can deliver a wide range of macromolecular cargo, e.g. peptides, proteins, nucleic acids, nanoparticles and other small molecules, into cells across the cell membrane.

AltaBioscience can provide CPPs from stock or as custom syntheses. Our stock cell-penetrating peptides include TAT and Penetratin peptides as standard purified peptides, tagged with a fluorophore or in activated format ready for conjugation.

Supplied freeze-dried, purified and ready to ship in amounts from 0.5mg to 5mg. Each peptide is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis, which includes mass spectrometry and HPLC data. We also offer activated forms of these peptides, ready for adding to any thiol-containing cargo.
