Collection: Histone peptide sets

A selection of five different histone peptide sets. Each histone peptide set comprises 94 different histone peptides and can include post-translational modifications, including acetylation, methylation, phosphorylation and citrullination.

Sets are available in three different formats:
  1.    96 microtitre plate format with 94 different peptides immobilised on streptavidin-coated plates. Plates are supplied in packs of 5 from the same peptide set.
  2.    96 deep well tray format with 94 different peptides unbound, 0.2 umole of each peptide in each individual well. Trays are supplied in single packs from any peptide set.
  3.    Micro arrays slides with 94 different peptides immobilised as printed spots onto glass slides. Slides are supplied in packs of 5 from the same peptide set.

The peptide sequences are derived from human histones H2A, H2B, H3 and H4 and include a range of modified amino acids. There are five ready-made sets available, the sequences of which can be downloaded as pdf files:

Set 4 Histone Acetyl Lysine Library
Set 5 Histone phosphorylation and Arginine methylation
